HPAI Clinical Education Conference 2026

The Hospital Pharmacists Association of Ireland (HPAI) education conference is an the only in person education event for Hospital Pharmacists.

Friday 24th April

6pm Registration and Special Interest Group Meetings

830pm Conference Opening Dinner

Special interest group meetings will be held on Friday or in-parallel with Sunday workshop as determined by SIG Chair.  Not attending a SIG?  Come along Friday evening for a more relaxed atmosphere allowing friends and colleagues to arrive at leisure and meet and catch up.

Registration Rates 

1 Conference Weekend Rate with Accommodation Friday and Saturday nights 250 euro 

2 Conference one night with Accommodation Saturday night 150euro 

3 Conference Attendance fee (no accommodation) 70euro

HPAI Annual Pharmaceutical Exhibition 2026

Registration is now open

In April, the Hospital Pharmacist Association of Ireland (HPAI) will once again bring together hospital pharmacists from across the country at its annual educational conference.  The conference is the most important event in the HPAI calendar year. It offers hospital pharmacists an unparalleled opportunity to network with colleagues, meet national and international experts, present research and gain new knowledge and skills.

An important component of the conference weekend is the Pharmaceutical Exhibition which will be held on Saturday April 25th 2026 from 11.30am – 13.30.pm.  We are delighted to once again welcome you to the Crowne Plaza, Santry, Dublin 9.

This dedicated 2-hour session provides pharmacists and exhibitors with the opportunity to discuss the latest products, clinical evidence and service developments available to improve patient care. Thank-you to those of you who have already reached out to us about exhibiting and sponsorship.

If your company is interested in exhibiting at the conference, please complete the  on-line registration by COB Friday March 21st  2026. See registration link in attached update. Invoices with payment options will be auto-generated on registration.

Conference symposia

Opportunities are available to host a conference symposium on the evening of Friday 24^th April. Please contact Fionnuala to discuss further.

Letter of request / contract / transfer of value

If you require a letter of request for sponsorship, please discuss with Fionnuala by e-mail, out-lining your specific requirements. You can register on-line independently of this to reserve a stand space. If a PO is to be included in your letter of request, please provide same on registration or by e-mail. Contracts and transfer of value requests can be also requested by e-mail at conference@hpai.ie

The HPAI 2026 Exhibitors’ Pre-conference Update is provided.  This provides details on how to register for the conference, the stand sizes available, payment options, conference exhibition set-up information etc. The 2026 Conference Educational Programme will be circulated when finalised.
