    I have forgotten My login details



    		 If you have accessed the members area before but cannot remember your log-in details click here

     I Paid my fees but I cannot logon

    If you recently joined the HPAI you are entitled to access the members only section of the website and communicate with others. In order to do this please register here . Once you have registered on-line a member of the executive will manually review your registration, and if appropriate approve it. If you have registered on-line but have not yet been approved (cannot log-on) then contact Muireann

    Once approved you will then be entitled to contribute to the forums and send urgent communications to the membership

    I have subscribed. and I can logon but I am not receiving email. Why?


    Up until February 2009 numerous email problems were evident. This was partly as a result of incorrect spamming rules at HSE central. We believe this particular problem has been rectified. If you can logon but you are not receiving email follow this simple procedure:

    1. After logging on check your email address carefully,  (Fig 2 below), and update it if necessary
    2. If your email address is definitely correct then log your problem on the members forum under Management-->website development , with your contact phone number, and send the message to all members. I want a log of all problems and demand a direct dial contact phone number!!
