PHARMACIST

The role is a Whole-time & Permanent position

Post Reference: SCH/036/2025

The Staff Grade Pharmacist supports the safe and effective use of medicines by dispensing medications, advising healthcare professionals on drug selection and dosing and participating in medication reconciliation.

They also contribute to hospital policy development on medication use and engage in ongoing professional development to ensure best practices in pharmaceutical care
