We’re excited to announce a brand-new opportunity within our expanding Pharmacy Cancer team, now 14 strong pharmacists and technicians. As cancer care grows in complexity, we’re continuing to evolve our service to deliver exceptional, patient-centred care—and we’re looking for a passionate oncology pharmacist to join us.
About the Role
This Advanced Specialist Oncology Pharmacist position will play a pivotal role in expanding clinical pharmacy input across oral chemotherapy and outpatient oncology settings. You will collaborate closely with our Oncology Day Unit (ODU) and oral chemotherapy clinics to support patients receiving highly complex cancer therapies.
What You’ll Be Doing
Enhancing patient experience through high-quality counselling and education
Providing comprehensive medication reconciliation for complex oncology regimens
Strengthening the safe and effective delivery of oral anticancer treatments
Contributing to innovative service development within a dynamic multidisciplinary team
