The SVPH Pharmacy team is recruiting a Senior Pharmacist for Cancer Services.

Permanent 35h/5day or 32h/4days contract options available.
Essential Criteria
- Be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
· MSc or Diploma in Clinical/Hospital Pharmacy or equivalent.
· Have not less than three years satisfactory post-registration Hospital Pharmacy experience.
Desirable Criteria
· Experience in Aseptic Compounding environment and/or as Clinical Pharmacist in Oncology/Haematology.
